1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to orders for custom 3D printing, prototyping, scanning, modeling, finishing, engraving, and printer servicing placed with Willd Designs 3D Printing LLC (“Willd Designs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including orders through our online quoting and ordering portal. By placing an order after being presented with these terms, you agree to them. You must be legally able to enter into a contract or authorized to act for the business placing the order.

An order-specific written agreement signed or expressly accepted by both parties takes precedence over these terms where the two conflict. Mandatory legal rights remain applicable.

2. Quotes, orders, and payment

Your quote identifies the scope of work, quantities, selected materials, manufacturing process, finishing, price, and any stated schedule. Review these details before ordering. Automated quotes depend on the uploaded files and selected settings and may require a manufacturability review.

An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt of your submission. We accept an order when we confirm acceptance or begin the agreed work. If we identify an error or cannot manufacture the requested item, we will contact you before proceeding with a revised scope or price. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement. If we decline the order, we will refund payments for work we will not provide.

Payment is due as shown at checkout or in the accepted quote. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, required payment must be received before production begins. Taxes, delivery charges, and any expedited charges are disclosed in the quote or checkout total. Changes to files, quantities, materials, or finishing may require a revised quote and schedule.

3. Production times and estimated dispatch

Our online ordering portal currently offers these lead-time selections:

Portal optionScheduling buffer added to calculated production time
Standard – 3 Business Days3 business days; default selection
Expedited – 1-2 Business Days1 business day

These option names do not establish a fixed total production or delivery time. The portal estimates dispatch using the calculated manufacturing duration, any finishing duration included in the estimate, and the selected scheduling buffer. Printing duration depends on the part, manufacturing settings, and quantity. For an order containing multiple items, the longest calculated item duration is used for the overall dispatch estimate.

Refer to the estimated dispatch date shown for your specific order. Dispatch means the order is ready to be handed to a shipping carrier; it does not mean delivery to your address. For collection orders, we will notify you when the order is ready for pickup.

Scheduling depends on receiving required payment, usable files, complete specifications, and any necessary approvals. If information is missing or you request a change, we will confirm any effect on the schedule. Finishing, painting, curing, design revisions, large quantities, material availability, or unusual requirements may need additional time beyond an automated estimate. We will communicate any required schedule adjustment.

Expedited service reduces the scheduling buffer and may carry an additional charge shown in your quote. It does not eliminate printing, finishing, curing, inspection, or carrier transit time. Contact us before ordering if you need a specific deadline; a guaranteed date requires our express written agreement.

If we cannot ship within the stated shipment period, we will notify you, provide a revised shipment estimate when available, and offer the choice of consenting to the delay or canceling for a prompt refund for the unshipped merchandise, as required by applicable law. We will obtain any required consent and will cancel and refund when required if consent is not obtained. General estimates do not waive these rights.

4. Customer files, specifications, and approvals

You are responsible for providing the correct file version, scale, units, quantity, material, color, and required dimensions. Identify critical tolerances, mating surfaces, loads, and intended operating conditions before ordering. Any required tolerances must be included in the accepted specifications; general statements about precision do not establish a numerical tolerance for every part.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use and reproduce the files, designs, logos, and other content supplied. You retain your rights in customer-supplied content and authorize us to use it to review, quote, manufacture, and fulfill your order, including through service providers needed for fulfillment. This permission does not authorize unrelated advertising or public display of your design.

Manufacturability review does not replace engineering validation or testing for your intended use. File repair or design changes that materially alter the agreed specifications require your approval. Approval of a design does not excuse our failure to manufacture according to the accepted specifications.

Ownership and licensing of new CAD files or designs created by Willd Designs will be stated in the applicable design quote or separate written agreement.

5. Materials, appearance, and intended use

3D-printed parts may show layer lines, support-removal marks, and process-related variations in surface texture or color. Material performance depends on geometry, orientation, temperature, exposure, and use. These characteristics do not excuse a failure to meet expressly accepted specifications.

Do not assume that a printed item is certified for medical, food-contact, pressure-containing, load-bearing, or other safety-critical applications. Tell us about such uses before ordering so that material selection, validation, and any required certifications can be addressed in writing. We may decline unlawful work or work we cannot responsibly perform.

6. Changes, cancellation, and returns

Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation. We will confirm whether the request can be accommodated and explain any effect on price or timing before proceeding.

Because custom work is made to your specifications, conforming custom items are not eligible for a change-of-mind return unless we agree otherwise. If you voluntarily cancel after authorized work has begun, any deduction from a refund will be limited to reasonable, documented charges for work performed and nonrecoverable commitments, as permitted by applicable law. We will explain those charges and refund any remaining balance. This provision does not limit refunds or cancellation rights required by law, including rights arising from shipment delays or nonconforming goods.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or inconsistent with the accepted specifications, contact us promptly with your order number, a description, and photographs where helpful. Retain the item and packaging while we investigate. We will work with you on an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or refund, subject to applicable law. These terms do not impose a shorter claim period than the law permits or remove applicable warranty rights.

7. Shipping and pickup

Provide an accurate delivery address and contact information. Shipping services, charges, and available pickup options are shown in your quote or checkout. Carrier transit estimates are separate from production estimates. Contact us about lost or damaged shipments so we can investigate and assist with a resolution.

Wait for our ready-for-pickup notification before traveling to collect an order. Any additional charges caused by a customer-requested address change or redelivery will be disclosed for agreement before they are incurred.

8. Scanning, modeling, and printer servicing

For services outside production printing, the accepted quote defines deliverables, approved revisions, turnaround, and any parts or labor charges. Additional work requires your approval.

Back up printer settings and removable data before servicing. We will agree on the handling and return of customer-supplied equipment or physical objects as part of the service arrangement.

9. Privacy and online services

We use the information you provide to communicate with you, process payments, and fulfill orders. Our ordering portal and payment services may be supplied by third parties.

Personal-information practices are described in our separately published Privacy Policy. These terms do not grant permission to use your files or personal information for unrelated purposes.

10. Applicable law and updates

These terms are governed by Texas law and applicable federal law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to your transaction. Please contact us first if a concern arises so that we can try to resolve it. Nothing in these terms waives rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

We may update these terms for future orders. The version presented and accepted when you place an order applies to that order unless we both expressly agree to a change.
